Junior Payroll Administrator

About the position

Our client based in Kempton park is looking for a Junior Payroll Administrator. Candidates must reside in the area.
See below requirements:

• Matric
• National Diploma or Higher for Payroll Administration (or busy completing)
• Minimum of 3 years working experience with medium - large payroll (300+ employees)
• Must have solid working knowledge of SAGE VIP Payroll
• Proficiency in Windows, MS Office (Outlook, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint & Presentation)
• Knowledge of Statutory returns (EMP201, EMP501 & Tax Directives) preparation and submission advantage
• Working knowledge of SARS E-filing and SARS Easy File
• Working knowledge of Liberty Provident Fund Recon and Submission or similar provident funds advantage
• Working Knowledge of NBCRFLI
• Must be enthusiastic, presentable, disciplined and punctual
• Self-motivated, team worker and a self-starter
• High accuracy levels and methodical
• Strong admin skills / Attention to detail / Ability to organize
• Analytical thinker
