You're analytical, organised and genuinely curious about financial planning. Detail matters to you, clients matter even more, and you enjoy working in a structured, process-driven team where learning, ethics and accuracy are valued.

What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it)
You'll support Financial Planners with client needs analysis, risk profiling, research, proposals, Records of Advice, portfolio schedules, annual reviews, reports, compliance forms, service provider liaison and client communication. You'll enjoy this because it gives you the chance to apply your financial planning knowledge while building real advisory exposure over time.

Where you'll be doing it
You'll join an independent financial planning practice in the Southern Suburbs that has been trusted for over 25 years, looking after a select client base of individuals, families and businesses. The environment is professional, close-knit and client-focused, with strong emphasis on sound advice, long-term relationships and quality support. You 'll be fully office based Monday-Friday.

What you'll need
A BCom or similar qualification is required, with a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning preferred or in progress. CFP® progress or completion will be advantageous. You'll need strong Excel, Word and Outlook skills, numerical confidence, excellent English communication, your own car and comfort working in an admin-focused paraplanning role for the next 3 to 5 years.
