About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Director at their Head Office. The ideal candidate will be professional, reliable, and able to manage a busy office environment while handling confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director’s diary and schedule meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements, appointments, and events
- Prepare meeting agendas, briefing documents, and presentation packs
- Take minutes in key meetings and ensure follow-up on action items
- Screen calls, emails, and queries on behalf of the Director
- Handle invoices, expense claims, and purchase orders
- Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and physical)
- Draft and prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
Requirements
- Matric (essential)
- 3–5 years experience as a PA / Executive Assistant supporting senior management
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Professional discretion and reliability
