Junior Office Administator

About the position

Well-established company based in Edenvale seeks a Junior Administrator to join their team!
Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Minimum 1 year experience
• Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
• Reside in the Edenvale / Spartan area
• Computer literate (MS Word and Excel essential; Pastel experience advantageous)
• Must be available immediately

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general office administration duties
• Answer telephone calls and respond to emails professionally
• Generate quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and supplier invoices
• Liaise with customers and suppliers
• Retrieve stock from stores when required
• Handle filing and record keeping
• Manage petty cash responsibly
• Assist with basic social media marketing activities (advantageous)
