Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) or Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering (advantageous).
Registration:
- Candidate registration with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) (advantageous).
Experience:
- 1 to 3+ years of relevant, multi-disciplinary experience after graduation.
- Consulting engineering environment experience preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Essential: Expertise and experience in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in industry-standard CFD software (e.g., ANSYS Fluent, STAR CCM+).
Additional Skills (Beneficial):
- Proficiency in design and modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD Inventor, KeyCreator).
- Programming languages: MATLAB, Simulink
