About the position

DBN000222 - MECHANICAL ENGINEER (JUNIOR DESIGN) - CPT

Purpose of the Job:

To design, build and install systems as well as equipment specifically designed for client’s needs within the mining industry.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical
  • 3D Modelling exposure/experience (Solid Edge, Solid Works, inventor)
  • Ability to generate 2D drawings of 3D modelling components
  • Experience with parts assemblies

Required Technical Competencies & Abilities:

  • Visit clients for site consultations
  • Completing of installations onsite and offsite
  • 3D modelling program knowledge/experience (Solid Edge, Solid Works, Inventor)
  • Creating 2D illustrations out of 3D modelling elements
  • Part assembly
  • Recognizing the significance of maintenance and your part in keeping equipment in good working order.
