About the position
Kwena Human Capital, a leading recruitment company, is seeking to appoint a creative and energetic Marketing Coordinator to support our digital marketing and content creation activities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling, social media, and creating engaging marketing content across multiple platforms. This role will be based in Sunningdale, Cape Town.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years' experience in a marketing, content creation, or digital media role.
- Strong creative skills with attention to detail and visual presentation.
- Experience with video editing and graphic design tools.
- High-energy, proactive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content management.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle - preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and design marketing content using Canva and other creative tools.
- Edit and produce video content using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Perform photo editing and enhancements using Adobe Lightroom and/or Photoshop.
- Manage social media content uploads, scheduling, and quality reviews.
- Assist with developing engaging digital content aligned with brand objectives.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and content best practices.
