We're looking for a creative and enthusiastic individual to join our client's team, supporting the delivery of engaging marketing campaigns, social media content and event branding. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied workload, from graphic design and content creation to attending events and bringing brands to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across multiple platforms
- Create, schedule and publish engaging social media content
- Develop content calendars and marketing campaign ideas
- Capture photography and video content at events and behind-the-scenes activities
- Edit videos, reels and promotional content for digital platforms
- Design marketing collateral, event branding, signage and promotional material
- Create client presentations, concept boards and event visualisations
- Prepare artwork for print production and digital use
- Assist with creative brainstorming and campaign development
- Represent the business at events, exhibitions and networking functions
- Monitor social media performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or a related field
- 1–3 years' experience in a marketing, creative or design role
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and social media work
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
- Experience with Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar video editing software
- Proficient in Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience managing Meta, Instagram and LinkedIn platforms
- Photography and videography experience
- Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and occasional evenings or weekends for events
- Valid driver's licence advantageous
