Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Axiz's extensive contract library.
• Review, negotiate, and execute all documentation and contracts required by the business.
• Handle relevant documentation issues with precision and efficiency.
• Collaborate proactively with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Analyse complex documentation issues and recommend optimal courses of action to internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB, BCom, or BA) - Fulfilling your passion for law is crucial!
• Experience in transaction management and negotiating contracts and agreements is preferred.
• Previous experience in a client-facing role is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite is essential.
• Understanding of contractual risk and implications.
• Adequate financial transactional understanding.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a sharp ability to identify mistakes.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• A proactive and flexible attitude, coupled with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
