Junior Laboratory Sales Representative (Life Science)
Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Junior Life Science Sales Representative. Previous sales experience in an unrelated or Life Science field is essential.
Job Responsibilities
• This person will be responsible for laboratory chemical and related equipment sales to the life science industries
• Preparing of tenders and quotations
• Coordinate with other members of the sales team as needed to generate sales and provide excellent customer service.
• Attend telephone calls, email requests, enquiries and provide general information.
• Maintaining supplier electronic files correctly
• Submit reports on your sales activity and maintain records for all leads and customers.
• Adhere to all company procedures, values and policies so that you provide an accurate representation of the company to all potential and current customers.
• Coordinate with the accounts department to ensure that all invoices are paid in full in a timely manner by your customers.
Requirements
Life Science qualifications required
At least 2 years’ laboratory experiencecombined with sales experience,
Previous sales experience to any industry required
Tenders & Quotation experience required,
Work remote therefore own home office required,
Own a car with a valid driver’s license
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Must be willing to travel within South Africa.
Remuneration:
Basic salary (R15k negotiable) with Fuel Allowance, and excellent commissions and tools of the trade
