Junior Key Account Manager / Office Manager

About the position

Applicant should have some understanding of the utilities industry, and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office. As the position is customer facing, good communication and people skills are essential. Previous experience in dealing with municipalities would be an advantage, as would some experience with Sage Pastel.
Duties to include:

• Responsibility for key accounts;
• Monthly tenant billing using the company's software systems;
• Understanding and addressing tenant / client queries;
• Liaising with clients, tenants and municipalities;
• Producing and analysing utility reports;
• Monthly reporting to clients;
• Intervening with municipalities to resolve account disputes;
• Maintaining system databases in terms of tenants and tariffs;
• Debtor control for key accounts;
• Liaising with technical and financial departments within the company;
• General office management and secretarial work (very limited)
