This is a one-year contract position as part of the "Yes for Youth" program, with the potential to become a permanent role. This is an ideal opportunity for a junior professional to gain practical experience and develop their skills in a dynamic IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting senior engineers with on-site and remote IT support.
• Performing basic hardware and software installations and troubleshooting.
• Providing telephonic assistance to clients.
• Contributing to the maintenance and health checks of IT systems.
• Gaining hands-on experience in a professional workshop environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• This position is open to a candidate who has recently completed an IT qualification or has approximately one year of IT experience.

Compensation & Contract:

• This is a one-year contract under the Yes for Youth program.
• The salary is between R6,000 and R10,000, depending on qualifications and background.
• There is a possibility of permanent employment after the contract period.
