You'll be at the heart of the investment operations process, setting up and maintaining products, managing transactions, and ensuring everything runs smoothly between administrators, managers, and fund partners. You'll monitor portfolios, confirm compliance with investment mandates, and maintain detailed performance tracking using Morningstar and Excel. You'll prepare reports, analyse fee structures, and validate data across multiple sources to produce regulatory and performance documents. Every day will bring a mix of analysis, coordination, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

You'll hold a completed BCom in Investments or finance and ideally bring at least a year's experience in financial services or investment management. You should have strong knowledge of admin for portfolio management, fixed income, and investment instruments, as well as proficiency in Excel and excellent communication skills. An analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure are essential.
