About the position

About the Role:
We are recruiting a Junior Helpdesk Consultant to provide first-line support to corporate and private clients. The role involves logging, updating, and closing customer calls, generating reports, and assisting with order management and client queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Log, update, and close customer service requests accurately.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management and clients.
• Assist with order processing and documentation for corporate clients.
• Provide telephone support and guidance on procedures to customers.
• Support the helpdesk team during high workload periods.

Requirements:

Grade 12.

• 1-2 years customer service experience.
• Strong telephone etiquette and people skills.
• Computer literate with MS Office proficiency.
