About the position

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with our marketing professionals to create visually stunning and effective designs across various platforms. You will have the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects, develop your skills, and grow within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including digital and print assets such as social media graphics, brochures, advertisements, presentations, and more.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and develop design solutions that meet project objectives and brand guidelines.
Execute design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing deliverables.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and design software/tools to continually improve your skills and deliver innovative designs.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
Excellent creativity and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and communicate ideas clearly.
Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Portfolio showcasing previous design work and projects is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation is a plus.
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and web design is beneficial.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS is advantageous but not required.
