About the position
We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our Product team and support the delivery of high-quality packaging, promotional and Member-facing creative that strengthens our brand and drives product appeal.
Great design sits at the heart of how the Product Department brings INUKA’s products to life, giving Members the tools they need to build successful, profitable and dignified businesses.
You will deliver print-ready artwork and campaign, event and launch creative, on time and on brand, while building your core design skills during the fixed-term appointment.
Requirements
- 1–2 years graphic design experience (internship, studio or junior agency role).
- Some exposure to packaging and artwork production.
- Digital and social asset design.
- Willingness to learn and work within established brand systems.
- Working / proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Knowledge of print production, packaging design and final artwork processes.
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field.
- Print-ready and colour-proofing accuracy.
- Creativity and innovation, with a willingness to experiment and bring unique insights.
- Quality-orientated, meticulous, accurate and precise.
- Learning agility, open to new experiences, solutions and feedback.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, comfortable with ambiguity.
- Strong team player with clear concept communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive, focused and able to follow through to meet tight deadlines.
