About the position
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Junior Financial Manager to join a well-established and growing organisation. This role is ideal for a finance professional looking to take the next step into a management position while working closely with senior leadership and supporting a high-performing finance team.

? BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
? Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles (advantageous).
? 3–5 years' relevant accounting or finance experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
? Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting principles.
? Experience preparing management accounts.
? Sound knowledge of VAT and South African financial regulations.
? Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
? Experience working on ERP or accounting systems.
? Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
? Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
? Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
