You’ll take the lead on designing, coordinating, and delivering exceptional events from start to finish. Whether it's meeting with clients, liaising with vendors, or being on-site to make sure every detail runs smoothly, your creative spark will set the tone for truly memorable experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting with the planning and coordination of a variety of high-quality events
• Translating marketing concepts and client briefs into engaging event ideas
• Supporting with supplier coordination, logistics, and event administration
• Being involved on-site during events to ensure smooth execution
• Managing timelines and working within budgets
• Contributing creative input to enhance the overall event experience

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in Marketing, Brand, Communications, Events or a related field
• A strong interest in building a career in event planning
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Confident communication skills and a professional approach
• A proactive, hands-on attitude with high energy
• Own reliable transport and a valid driver’s license
