Our Client in Higher Education currently has a position available for a Junior Enrollment Agent to present High Certificates to potential students over the phone, email and social media in a professional and positive environment.
Responsibilities Include:
- Quickly become a subject-matter-expert through continuous process and product knowledge improvement, while representing
- Tertiary and supporting prospective / continuing students.
- Proactively engaging prospective students in a goal oriented, metrics driven environment.
- Work effectively, efficiently, as a team to ensure the best working practices are developed and utilized.
- The opportunity to perform special projects improving the company, and the student experience.
- Execute recruitment measures, via the phone, ensuring that targeted response times and accuracy guidelines are consistently
- met, to aid in enrolling students into a higher education degree.
- Provide a high-touch experience with students, while encouraging the pursuit of their educational goals.
- Utilize a collaborative approach connecting students with experts, as to resolve student concerns.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- Certificate
- Preferred one experience in inside sales, call center, recruitment, or student enrollment services.
- Demonstrated ability to offer world class customer service, and a passion to go above and beyond customer expectations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills via phone, text, and email.
- Ability to be adaptable in a fast paced dynamic environment.
- Goal oriented and competitive, setting and achieving, personal and team goals.
- Strong expertise with MS Office, specifically Word and Excel, efficient in learning new software.
- Flexible to work various shifts, which includes nights, weekends, and overtime.
