Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimise production processes.
- Analyse technical data and monitor machine performance.
- Drive continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives.
- Manage tools, materials, and inventory for technical operations.
- Uphold GMP and food safety protocols while adhering to OHS standards.
- Train team members on technical procedures and new systems.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Grade 12 and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
- 2 - 5 yearsof experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings, troubleshooting, and process optimisation.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Knowledge of production systems, safety compliance, and quality standards.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
