Junior Electrical Engineer - Process Plant

Overview
- E&C SA is seeking a Junior Electrical Engineer with solid Process Plant experience to join their project team. The ideal candidate will have exposure to EPC environments and experience working on complex brownfield or greenfield industrial projects.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (or equivalent).
- 1–3 years’ experience in industrial / process plant environments.
- Process Plant experience
- Experience limited to renewable energy projects such as solar or wind farms will not be considered.
- Exposure to working within or supporting EPC companies such as:
- PDPS, MegChem, Fluor, Wood, Worley Parsons, Proconics, or similar.
- Good understanding of electrical design, LV/MV systems, plant standards, and construction interfaces.
- Ability to work on multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing electrical engineering deliverables (layouts, schematics, cable routing, BOQs, etc.).
- Support senior engineers with design reviews, calculations, and project documentation.
- Provide technical input during construction and commissioning phases.
- Participate in site inspections, troubleshooting, and QA/QC processes.
- Ensure compliance with project standards, safety requirements, and engineering best practices.
