The Company: A South African procurement office for one of the largest cement factories in Angola, with further operations growing in Mozambique, Sao Tome and Principe and South Africa. With this growth, the company is looking for an eager individual who is ready to learn and grow with the organisation.

The Position: We're looking for a vibrant Electrical Engineering Graduate to be based permanently in Lethabong, Modderfontein. The pay range on offer is R18 000.00 to R20 000.00 Per Month dependent on experience, qualifications and skill set.

Requirements:

• Own reliable transport with a valid drivers license
• South African with a valid South African ID
• Completed Matric
• Completed Degree in Electrical Engineering - essential
• Some procurement experience wanted but not a must
• Must be keen to learn and grow with the company
• Must be a team player with good interpersonal skills
• Must be dedicated, hard working and stable person
• Good computer skills essential
• Good multitasking skills with the ability to work across multiple software platforms
• Fluent in English, Portuguese fluency advantageous
• Neat and tidy, well spoken and not shy to be honest
• Clear Criminal Record - essential

Responsibilities:

• Act as point of contact between suppliers and company
• Understand technical data and specifications of procurement requests and be able to communicate this information to suppliers
• Conduct research to identify and evaluate suppliers
• Manage suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery, schedule and quality.
• Ability to troubleshoot when issues occur
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
• Assist around the office as needed
• Provide trustworthy feedback to suppliers and clients
