Junior Draughtsman

About the position

A well-established company based in Midrand is seeking a Junior Draughtsman to join their team.
Requirements:

• Relevant qualification
• CAD experience
• Strong technical understanding and willingness to learn glass systems
• Ability to produce accurate drawings and models under pressure
• Good communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations for customers
• Create technical drawings and dynamic bills of material using configuration software
• Develop 3D models using SolidWorks for complex applications and new product designs
• Provide technical advice to customers (in person, phone, email)
• Handle high volume of customer enquiries (±30+ per day)
• Strong focus on accuracy, speed, and administrative processing
