We are looking for a Junior Digital Marketer to manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns.
The ideal candidate has up to two years’ experience, specialises in Google Ads, and is skilled in keyword research, ad copywriting, audience targeting, and basic analytics.

Minimum requirements:
- Junior-level Digital Marketing professional with a maximum of 2 years’ experience.
- Specialisation in Google Ads campaign management (Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube).
- Proficiency in keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting (including remarketing).
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics or similar tools for campaign performance tracking.
- Ability to record and report on campaign analytics to demonstrate ROI.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Setting up, monitoring, and optimising Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube formats.
- Conducting thorough keyword research to identify valuable keywords that attract relevant leads.
- Crafting impactful ad copy to engage the target audience effectively.
- Utilising audience segmentation and remarketing to reach potential customers at different stages of the sales funnel.
- Analysing campaign performance data using tools such as Google Analytics to provide comprehensive insights and track results.
- Recording campaign analytics in spreadsheets and generating reports to monitor performance and demonstrate ROI.
- Developing and adapting strategies to respond to the ever-changing Google Ads landscape and maintain campaign relevance.
- Working with other teams or external agencies to develop and implement marketing initiatives.
