About the position

Junior Development Manager - Property Development (Delivery)

An exciting career opportunity exists with a Johannesburg Stock Exchange-listed property development and management leader, renowned for delivering iconic commercial and mixed-use developments.

We are seeking a Junior Development Manager (Delivery) to oversee and drive the successful completion of projects from design through to construction and close-out.

What we're looking for:

  • Relevant Honours qualification in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in property development or project management, with a strong focus on project delivery.
  • Proven track record in managing or assisting in the delivery of top structures.
  • Strong stakeholder management, financial acumen, and contract management skills.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee and manage development lifecycle stages, especially from design through to construction and close-out.
  • Ensure delivery aligned to sustainability, cost, scope, quality, and programme requirements.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across internal teams, consultants, and contractors.
  • Assist in origination and business development opportunities for future projects.
