You'll support the administration of deceased estates from reporting through to finalisation, working closely with heirs, institutions and the Master's Office. From preparing statutory documents and maintaining accurate records to liaising with banks, tax practitioners and beneficiaries, you'll play a key role in ensuring each matter progresses smoothly. You'll enjoy this role because it combines meaningful client interaction with structured administrative work, giving you the opportunity to build strong fiduciary experience in a highly professional environment.

A relevant qualification in Estate Administration or progress towards a legal degree will be advantageous, along with 1-3 years' experience within estate administration gained in a fiduciary environment. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and confidence using MS Office and online systems are essential. A proactive attitude and the ability to manage sensitive matters professionally will set you apart. Only candidates living in the southern suburbs can be considered as you will need to travel to Claremont daily.
