About the position
A specialist law firm offering clients a high level of expertise in Corporate, Commercial, Trust, Tax law and administration of estates is looking to appoint a Junior Deceased Estates Administrator.
EXPERIENCE:
- Manage the administration of deceased estates from initial reporting through to finalisation.
- Liaise with the Master of the High Court, clients, heirs, SARS (for tax clearance certificates), and other relevant third parties.
- Prepare, complete, and submit all required estate documentation and statutory forms.
- Handle estate-related queries and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all interested parties.
- Apply knowledge of insolvent estates where applicable (advantageous).
- At least 2 years’ experience in deceased estate administration to manage the full administration process of deceased estates while ensuring efficient communication with all stakeholders.
