About the position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Hub to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for recent graduates with a background in business analysis, data development, or analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, building forms, and managing route schedules.

This opportunity provides exposure to cutting-edge platforms and access to exclusive datasets collected from informal market research projects across 20+ African countries. You will undergo comprehensive training to develop your skills in data management and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality checks on data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Build and develop forms to facilitate data collection and analysis.
• Manage and optimize route schedules for data collection processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
• Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights.
• Maintain documentation and reports related to data quality and process improvements.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate degree or advanced diploma in Business Analysis, Data Development, or IT.
• NQF Level 4 or higher qualification.
• Certifications such as MCSD (Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer) and MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) are highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
