You're a proactive project professional who enjoys being close to the action, bringing structure to complex construction projects and keeping multiple stakeholders aligned. Detail matters to you, but so does the bigger picture. You communicate confidently, solve problems independently and thrive when priorities, deadlines and project demands move quickly.
Working alongside senior project leadership, you'll coordinate project teams across three utility-scale BESS construction projects. You'll track actions and decisions, support project governance, contribute to construction, environmental, social and community reporting, monitor contingencies and assist with lender drawdowns and EPC payment processes. Importantly, you'll interface with Independent Engineers and Lenders' Technical Advisors while taking ownership of delegated project-management workstreams. You'll enjoy genuine exposure to how complex renewable-energy construction projects are managed from governance through to delivery.

A Bachelor's or Honours degree in business, science or engineering is essential, together with 5 years' work experience and project-management experience. Renewable-energy exposure is highly advantageous, particularly BESS or construction projects. Strong MS Office and general IT capability, commercial awareness, excellent English communication and a valid driver's licence are required. PMP or further business, management, science or engineering qualifications would be advantageous.
