About the position
Our client, a well-established and growing organisation within the financial services sector, is looking for a Junior Compliance Manager to support the business in maintaining strong regulatory, governance and compliance standards.
????????????????????????:
? Relevant degree or qualification in Law, Compliance, Risk Management, Finance or a related field.
? 2–4 years' experience in a compliance, regulatory or risk environment.
? Experience within financial services or a regulated environment will be advantageous.
? Strong knowledge of relevant South African legislation and regulatory requirements.
? Knowledge of FAIS, FICA, POPIA and related financial services legislation will be advantageous.
? RE5 certification will be advantageous/required depending on regulatory responsibilities.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
? High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
? Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with various stakeholders.
? Strong ethical standards and professional integrity.
