What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it) Your days will be varied, from drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, supporting renewable energy transactions and conducting legal research, to assisting with company secretarial duties, compliance initiatives and corporate governance matters. You'll also work alongside internal stakeholders and external partners to help keep projects moving. Where you'll be doing it You'll join a growing, multi-entity renewable energy organisation operating across SA within a technically driven and project-focused industry. The team is young, energetic and highly dedicated, with a strong work ethic balanced by a social and collaborative culture. Their offices are based in Stellenbosch. There is currently 2 days work from home. What you'll need An LLB degree together with admission as an attorney, or eligibility for admission, will be highly advantageous. Around one year of post-articles experience, or strong articles with relevant commercial exposure, will set you up for success. Experience drafting and reviewing contracts, knowledge of the Companies Act and excellent written communication skills are important. Afrikaans proficiency is required, along with a proactive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn.
