Junior Business Analyst

Are you ready to launch your career in business analysis and make a real impact? A forward-thinking organisation is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support enterprise performance initiatives, system integration, and process optimisation across dynamic business units.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements through interviews, workshops, and process analysis
• Support system testing, integration efforts, and post-deployment validation
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure business needs are accurately translated into technical solutions
• Perform basic SQL queries and data validation tasks
• Contribute to user documentation, training materials, and change management activities
• Help interpret API documentation and support integration discussions

OUR REQUIRED EXPERTISE

• Degree in Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• 2- 4 years' experience in business or systems analysis (internships included)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Basic understanding of SQL, data models, and relational databases
• Exposure to Agile or Waterfall methodologies is a plus
• Bonus: Familiarity with WPF, HTML, or API testing tools (e.g., Postman)

YOUR REWARD

• Salary range: R400K - R600K CTC p.a.
