Junior Bookkeeper - Centurion - R30 000 to R25 000 C.T.C

About the position

Our client is a supply chain and freight forwarding company focused on transportation of goods by air, sea and land.
The position requires an experienced and enthusiastic Junior Bookkeeper, who is willing to learn and grow in this environment. A detail orientated person and team player will work brilliantly in this role.

Duties include and are not limited to:

• Bookkeeping to Trial Balance.
• Processing of invoices.
• Maintaining accurate financial records for the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Reconciling the bank statements and balance sheets.
• Preparing monthly finance reports, budgets and cashflow forecasts.
• Assist with audit preparation.
• Preparing credit applications.

Desired experience and qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Forex experience is non-negotiable.
• Accounting experience in a supply chain industry.
• Experience working on Sage.

Package and remuneration:
R25 000 to R30 000 cost to company per month
