As a Junior Audit Manager, you will play a key role in managing audit engagements from planning through to completion. You will lead small teams, interact directly with clients, and work closely with senior management to deliver high-quality audit outcomes in compliance with IFRS and auditing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple audit assignments across various industries
• Review audit working papers and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Guide and mentor trainees and junior staff
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and audit reports
• Liaise with clients to ensure deadlines are met and expectations managed
• Identify and communicate audit issues to management in a timely manner
• Stay up-to-date with evolving audit and financial reporting standards

Requirements

• Drivers License and own vehicle - Non-Negotiable
• Completed Bcom Accounting/Auditing/ BCompt Degree
• CTA's/ Post Grad Diploma in Accounting advantageous
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ post-articles experience within an audit firm
• Experience in leading audits from planning to completion
• Knowledge of CaseWare and Microsoft Office Suite
• Working knowledge of IFRS and ISA

Remuneration:
R23 000 - R25 000 market-related, based on experience and qualifications.
