About the position
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for application projects.
Support the design and implementation of business solutions that meet client needs.
Assist in preparing functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and feasibility studies.
Support testing activities, including UAT (User Acceptance Testing) coordination and defect tracking.
Provide reporting and updates to project managers and other co-workers.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and documentation of best practices.
Liaise with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, IIBA ECBA, or Agile BA certification) are a bonus.
Required Skills and Experience:
2 years of experience in applications projects or related business analysis roles.
Strong understanding of business processes and application development lifecycle.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a consulting environment and manage multiple priorities.
Any experience with Dynatrace or application performance monitoring tools is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
