About the position

A well-established clothing supply business based in Greyville (Durban) is seeking a Junior Administrator to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and dependable individual looking to grow within the company. The role is ideal for someone who takes initiative.
The ideal candidate should be eager to learn and someone who is willing to support management with various administrative duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Front of house: Greet new and existing clients
  • Answer incoming calls and take messages
  • Monitor and control the on-site store
  • Perform daily cash-ups for on-site purchases
  • Assist managers with various ad-hoc administrative tasks
  • Manage internal and external email correspondence
  • Support payroll by compiling weekly clocking reports
  • Provide general assistance as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous
  • Previous experience in the clothing supply industry or a similar field is beneficial
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently when required

Remuneration
  • R7 000 – R10 000 per month, based on experience
