Junior Administrator (Cashier)

About the position

Well established company based in East London are seeking an experienced (and/or qualified) applicant to join their dynamic team

Requirements:

• Must have Grade 12 (matric accounting beneficial) (certificate to be provided on application)
• Valid Driver's licence advantageous
• Bookkeeping diploma would be advantageous
• Must be computer literate (MS Office 365 proficient)
• 1 - 2 years' (cashier) experience in the retail industry 

KPI's (in depth detail to be provided to short listed applicants):

1. Debtors
2. Creditors
3. Cashbook
4. Banking
5. Copy/fax/scan
6. Monitoring/collating/filing of documentation
7. Organise own function
8. Xpress credit
9. Customer Service

Additional requirements:

• Willing to work Saturdays and overtime as and when required
• Must work Public Holidays when requested
• Must participate in stock takes
• trust and honesty in the handling of cash or finances
