?? The Role: Bookkeeper / Junior Accountant
This is not just another accounting position.
This is your chance to step into a fast-track finance role, where you'll be mentored, challenged, and empowered to become a Finance Manager within 3-5 years.
Your Impact:

• Full bookkeeping to Trial Balance and management account prep.
• Bank & cashbook reconciliations, supplier and debtor statement management (including Forex).
• Assist in payroll and HR admin - including tax, bonuses, provident fund, and leave tracking.
• Prepare cashflow forecasts and support VAT and statutory returns (VAT201, EMP501).
• Optimise systems and processes using AI-powered tools.

?? What You Bring to the Table

• Qualifications: BCom in Accounting or Finance (NQF 7+).
• Experience: 3-5 years in bookkeeping/financial roles.
• Tools: Pastel Accounting & Payroll (or equivalent), Advanced Excel.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
• Mindset: Detail-driven, growth-focused, and tech-savvy.
