Job Title: Junior Account Manager (X2 positions available) Salary: R8,000.00 probation (3 months), thereafter R10,000.00 basic + commission Overview: A fast-growing importer and wholesaler specialising in consumer electronic accessories. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a proactive and results-driven Junior Account Manager to join our team. Responsibilities: Account Management & Growth Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail and wholesale partners. Track and analyse product performance with clients to optimise sales strategies. Assist in planning product placements to maximise sales and profitability. Effectively communicate with internal teams to streamline processes and resolve any client or inventory-related issues. Monitor and report on sales trends and account performance. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. 1 - 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role.

Act as the primary contact for assigned accounts, addressing client needs and concerns.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss account performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Assist in negotiating pricing, order volumes, and timelines with clients.
Recognise upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise revenue.
Product & Inventory Coordination
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure stock availability and minimise delays.
Strategic Planning & Execution
Work with senior account managers and business development teams to implement sales strategies.
Communication & Team Collaboration
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to enhance account performance.
Encourage a positive and goal-driven team culture.
Reporting & Analytics
Provide insights to optimise sales and inventory decisions.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations for senior management and clients.
Key Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables and formulas).
Strong understanding of inventory and supply chain management.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify sales trends.
Proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements:
A degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field.
Experience with CRM or inventory management systems (experience in consumer electronics is a plus).
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
