Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior MERN Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the MERN stack - ReactJS, ExpressJS, MongoDB, and NodeJS - and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. You will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing applications that meet client needs while maintaining the highest standards of quality, scalability, and performance
.Key Responsibilities
- Develop MERN applications: Design, build, and maintain robust web application
- .Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to ship new feature
- .Optimize performance: Ensure applications run at maximum speed and scalabilities
- . Lead code reviews: Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to team member
- Stay current: Keep up with emerging technologies and industry trend
- Mentor juniors: Guide and support junior developers to grow their skills

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related fie
- Minimum of 7 years' professional experience in software development, specifically with the MERN stack
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ReactJS, ExpressJS, MongoDB, and Node
- Proven experience in building RESTful APIs and integrating third-party APJ
- Solid understanding of database management with Mongo
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to deta
