About the position
Want to sit right at the intersection of fintech, data engineering, and client strategy? On behalf of a leading financial technology company, we are seeking an Actuarial Data Scientist / Implementation Engineer.
In this high-impact role, you will lead the deployment of next-generation reserving and pricing software directly into client data architectures. You'll act as the vital technical bridge - translating actuarial requirements into seamless data solutions and ensuring software is fully optimized for our clients' environments.
Requirements
- Completed BSc degree (hons advantageous)
- 3 to 5 years of dedicated data engineering experience
- Experience working within financial institutions in South Africa
- SQL & Python proficiency
