Data Scientist

About the position

• Intelligent automation of CV ingestion and candidate-to-role matching using semantic search, with efficient pipelines optimised for ease of use, debugging, and sustainability;


• Basic data quality checks; branch syncing via pull requests and merge conflict resolution;


• Data analytics; ML model training, deployment, and usage in MLflow; impact analysis;


• Power BI dashboards for business insights and API monitoring.


• Advanced pricing and discount analytics, encompassing elasticity modelling and customer segmentation for strategic, data-led commercial decisions


• Operations anomaly detection and reporting to proactively surface risks - all governed by optimised pipelines, user-friendly / debugging / sustainable processes, data quality assurance,


• Git-based development workflows, analytics, MLflow for model train/deploy/use/analyse,


• AI-driven survey analytics application that converts complex datasets into executive-ready insights

Minimum Requirements:

Must-haves:

• Matric + Degree or Diploma


• MS Certificates welcome / AWS Machine learning / Databricks


• 3-6 years of experience, strong hands-on project experience


• Analytics & PowerBI


• LLM, ML Flow, ETL, CI/CD, GIT, Azure DevOps, Docker


• Python, SQL, API
