?? Key Responsibilities
- Programme Management
- Coordinate day-to-day operations of assigned programmes.
- Develop work plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure smooth delivery.
- Monitor progress and prepare regular status reports.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the primary contact for programme participants, partners, and funders.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation.
- Prepare reports for management, funders, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and funding requirements.
- Financial Oversight
- Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Monitor programme expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Team Support
- Provide guidance and support to programme staff and volunteers.
- Coordinate training sessions and capacity-building activities.
?? Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in programme or project coordination.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
