Junior Business Analyst

About the position

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for application projects.


• Support the design and implementation of business solutions that meet client needs.


• Assist in preparing functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.


• Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and feasibility studies.


• Support testing activities, including UAT (User Acceptance Testing) coordination and defect tracking.


• Provide reporting and updates to project managers and other co-workers.


• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and documentation of best practices.


• Liaise with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, IIBA ECBA, or Agile BA certification) are a bonus.

 



Required Skills and Experience:

• 2 years of experience in applications projects or related business analysis roles.


• Strong understanding of business processes and application development lifecycle.


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a consulting environment and manage multiple priorities.


• Any experience with Dynatrace or application performance monitoring tools is a plus.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
