About the position
ENVIRONMENT:
A Customer Experience Tech Specialist seeks an Integration Developer with at least 3 years of experience to design, build, and maintain integrations for contact center solutions. You'll work on Backend development (80%) with Frontend responsibilities (20%), applying expertise in cloud-native technologies and serverless architectures to deliver reliable, production-grade integration solutions. Your work will focus on connecting contact center platforms with third-party systems, ensuring system reliability, optimizing performance, and implementing security and authentication best practices. The role requires strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work effectively both independently and collaboratively and Must-Have proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, AWS & Azure.
