About the position
Seeking a motivated Business Systems Engineer to join a fast-growing startup in the agriculture sector. You will analyze, design, and implement business systems, collaborating with engineers, business stakeholders, and data scientists to deliver innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Solve system problems and support decision-making using appropriate tools
- Plan, develop, and implement new systems to enhance processes
- Participate in system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging
- Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure project goals are met
- Design and implement system integrations across platforms
- Translate data into reports and visuals to support data-driven decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, UX/Graphic Design, BSc Science, or related field
- Understanding of system design and development (coursework or internships acceptable)
- Familiarity with Mendix, Excel, Power BI is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of supply chain concepts and business operations is advantageous
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Enjoy working in nature/agricultural environments
