You'll take ownership of solar and battery EPC projects from inception to completion-overseeing planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management. Your role will involve leading cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, and construction, while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. You'll manage supplier contracts, coordinate with authorities for grid approvals, and act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders. From commissioning through to handover and warranty management, you'll ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

A degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is essential, along with 5-10 years' project management experience in solar, renewable energy, or infrastructure. You'll have a strong background in delivering commercial and industrial solar plus battery projects, with sound knowledge of municipal and regulatory requirements, including SSEG applications. Proficiency in project software such as MS Project or Primavera, coupled with negotiation, leadership, and conflict resolution skills, will be key. Flexibility to travel and be onsite during critical phases is also required.
