About the position
This is a remote position.
We’re hiring an intermediate Full Stack Developer to build new features and maintain our clients WPF + Blazor app. You’ll work primarily in C#, Blazor, and Entity Framework Core with SQLite (codefirst). The focus is solid execution: shipping features, fixing bugs, and keeping quality high. You’ll collaborate closely with the CTO for priorities and reviews, with clear goals and fast feedback.
Responsibilities:
- Ship production features across their WPF + Blazor app
- Implement and maintain backend logic in C# (.NET) with EF Core + SQLite (code-first)
- Design/adjust schemas, write migrations, and tune queries for SQLite
- Triage bugs, refactor for maintainability, and reduce tech debt
- Write integration tests; keep CI/CD pipelines green
- Profile, debug, and improve performance, reliability, and UX polish
- Participate in code reviews and follow established standards
Requirements - 3+ years of professional .NET experience (C#)
- Hands-on Blazor and WPF experience (or strong Blazor + willingness to learn WPF)
- Solid EF Core, LINQ, and migration workflows with SQLite
- Comfortable with Git workflows and integration testing
- Clear communication and strong ownership of assigned work
- Frontend fundamentals (HTML/CSS/JS) and component-driven UI
- Experience with async/await, background jobs, caching, and basic observability
- Interest in sim racing or motorsport
