What you will be doing:
- Oversee, manage, and deliver multiple client projects, ensuring client satisfaction by driving timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Regularly communicate with internal teams and senior client stakeholders, preparing key project documents and ensuring alignment on goals, risks, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with various teams (Product Consultants, Designers, QAs) to ensure seamless project execution, resolve blockers, and mitigate risks.
- Plan and allocate resources efficiently, proactively identifying and addressing bottlenecks.
- Act as the primary client contact, managing expectations and ensuring successful project delivery.
- Provide feedback and suggest improvements for project delivery practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Identify potential risks or blockers early and devise proactive mitigation plans to avoid delays.
What our client is looking for:
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and proactive mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High emotional intelligence, emphasizing transparency, empathy, and team collaboration.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in client-facing project management with a proven track record.
- Strong understanding of digital, SaaS, and cloud-based technologies, ideally in asset management or financial services.
- Experience with traditional project management methodologies for large and complex projects.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, JIRA, Confluence, and other project management tools.
- Experience in Asset & Wealth Management, especially in Marketing, Digital, Distribution, or Client Reporting is a plus.
- Project Management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) or Agile certifications are a plus.
