?? Full-Stack Developer (Testing Mindset) – SaaS Platform
We’re looking for an experienced Full-Stack JavaScript Developer with a strong testing mindset to join our team. You’ll play a critical role in building scalable features, driving testing strategies, and ensuring the quality of our SaaS platform.
? Essential Skills (in order of importance):
- Proven expertise in automated testing using Jest (unit & integration).
- Experience with end-to-end testing frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, etc.).
- Strong background in TypeScript / JavaScript (ES6+), React (with TS), and backend development.
- MERN stack + Postgres proficiency (MongoDB, [URL Removed] React, Node.js).
- Solid knowledge of Git and version control best practices.
- Ability to drive test strategy and maintain testing standards across the SDLC.
? Advantageous Skills:
- Docker & Docker Compose
- CSS and styling frameworks (Ant Design / antd)
- Redis & GraphQL
- AWS (ECS, Lambda)
- API Testing Tools (Postman, Insomnia)
- Performance Testing Tools
- Familiarity with Confluence, JIRA, X-Ray
- Understanding of LLMs & prompting techniques
- Strong grasp of SDLC, STLC, Agile
?? Qualifications & Experience:
- IT Degree or relevant qualifications.
- 8+ years in full-stack JavaScript development (or a similar role).
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and software testing lifecycles.
??? Key Responsibilities:
- Write, maintain & optimize automated test suites (Jest, Playwright).
- Define testing strategy, test case design, and defect management.
- Design, build & maintain full-stack features using Node.js, Apollo, React, GraphQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL.
- Implement secure, reusable UI components and user flows.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, testers & engineers for high-quality releases.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce testing standards.
- Mentor junior developers & share best practices in testing.
- Monitor quality metrics, manage risks, and support production issues (rotational).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest tech & testing trends.
